Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

The Voura, Inc. ("Voura") $1,000 Sweepstakes is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry in the monthly Voura $1,000 Sweepstakes is automatically applied for Clients who deposited at least twenty-five (25) dollars of new money deposits in the given month, passed all CIP requirements by DriveWealth, LLC ("DriveWealth") upon account creation and have a brokerage account in good standing at Voura.

ENTRY DETAILS

Eligible Clients will be automatically entered into the $1,000 Sweepstakes the day of the first successful and cleared incoming ACH transaction of at least twenty-five (25) dollars of the given month. Clients will only be allowed one entry per month and subsequent deposits will not lead to any additional Sweepstakes entries. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE DETAILS

Voura will reward one (1) winner per month at random with a $1,000 cash promotion in their Voura brokerage account ("Prize"). The winner will be notified of the Prize selection by email or text. There is no requirement from the Client to accept the Prize. The Prize will be awarded automatically as a cash promotion through the Client's Voura brokerage account and may not be redeemed for cash. Cash promotions are not considered deposits by the Client and thus are not eligible for the 1% match. Should the winner not have a Voura account in good standing thus preventing Voura from awarding the Prize, the Prize will be rescinded and a new winner will be selected at random.

Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depends on the total number of Clients meeting the requirements of entry for a given month and can be represented by the following formula:

Over time, odds of winning will decrease as more Clients open a Voura account.

LIMITATIONS

The Sweepstakes is only available for U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Social Security Number currently residing in the United States. No employees, contractors, or affiliates of Voura may participate in the Sweepstakes.

At any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, Voura has the right to terminate the Voura $1,000 Sweepstakes. Fraudulent activity or attempts at gaming the Sweepstakes program will result in cancellation of all Sweepstakes entries for the Client and could result in closure of the Voura account. Voura may revoke a Client's access to or rescind entry from the Sweepstakes at any time without notice. Voura has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Voura $1,000 Sweepstakes at any time without notice.

Access to the Voura $1,000 Sweepstakes is restricted to Voura Clients in good standing and is not transferable to any other Client. Liquidation or account closure will lead to full cancellation of all Sweepstakes entries.

Other restrictions may apply and will be disclosed through the method in which Voura is advertising the Sweepstakes.

TAXES

The Sweepstakes Prize will be considered taxable income for the Client and it is the Client's responsibility to consult a tax specialist for any advice regarding the tax implications of the Prize. Voura will not provide tax advice to the Client.
