Sign Up Bonus Terms and Conditions

The Voura, Inc. ("Voura") Sign Up Bonus is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

The Voura Sign Up Bonus is automatically applied for Clients who passed all CIP requirements by DriveWealth, LLC ("DriveWealth") upon account creation and have a brokerage account in good standing at Voura. The bonus value is dependent on the campaign code used at sign up. If the Client does not use a campaign code at sign up, the Client will not be eligible for a Sign Up Bonus.

PROGRAM DETAILS

An eligible Client will find their Sign Up Bonus added to their account upon account creation. The Client will be able to view the Sign Up Bonus in their Voura account balance. However, the Sign Up Bonus is considered to be in a "pending" state at the time of account creation. To update the Sign Up Bonus to a "confirmed" state, the Client must make their first deposit of at least twenty-five (25) dollars. Upon making the first deposit, the Sign Up Bonus will be considered "confirmed" and available for withdrawal.

PRIZE DETAILS

After completion of the Sign Up Bonus requirements detailed above, the Client will receive the bonus amount deposited into their Voura brokerage account. The prize amount will be based on the cash promotion value detailed in the campaign used at sign up. The cash promotion will be automatically invested into their Voura portfolio and will be available for withdrawal after the first deposit is confirmed.

LIMITATIONS

The Sign Up Bonus is only available for U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Social Security Number currently residing in the United States.

Voura reserves the right to change the Sign Up Bonus program. Such details will be communicated clearly on the Voura website. It is the Client's responsibility to check the Voura website or this document for changes or updates to the Sign Up Bonus.

At any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, Voura has the right to terminate the Voura Sign Up Bonus. Fraudulent activity or attempts at gaming the Sign Up Bonus will result in cancellation of all pending prizes for the Client and could result in closure of the Voura account. Voura may revoke a Client's access to the Sign Up Bonus at any time without notice. Voura has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Sign Up Bonus at any time without notice.

Access to the Voura Sign Up Bonus is restricted to Voura Clients in good standing and is not transferable to any other Client.

TAXES

The Sign Up Bonus will be considered taxable income for the Client and it is the Client's responsibility to consult a tax specialist for any advice regarding the tax implications of the Prize. Voura will not provide tax advice to the Client.
