Referral Terms and Conditions

The Voura, Inc. ("Voura") Referral Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry in the Voura Referral Program is automatically applied for Clients who passed all CIP requirements by DriveWealth, LLC ("DriveWealth") upon account creation and have a brokerage account in good standing at Voura.

PROGRAM DETAILS

An eligible Client ("Referrer") will find their custom referral link in the profile section of the Voura application. This referral link may be sent to another potential Client ("Referee") through any means the Referrer desires. Upon receiving the referral link, the Referee must complete the Voura onboarding process and pass all CIP requirements by DriveWealth. Once the Referee has a brokerage account in good standing, they must deposit at least twenty-five (25) dollars for the Referrer to be awarded the Referral Program Prize.

PRIZE DETAILS

After completion of the Referral Program requirements detailed above, the Referrer will receive twenty-five (25) dollars deposited into their Voura brokerage account. The cash promotion will be automatically invested into their Voura portfolio and the Referrer's available funds for withdrawal will increase accordingly. The Referrer may withdraw the Referral Program Prize at any time and without penalty.

LIMITATIONS

The Referral Program is only available for U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Social Security Number currently residing in the United States.

The Referral Program Prize is not subject to the Voura 1% Match.

Voura reserves the right to limit the maximum number of referrals allowable from a single Referrer at any time. Such details will be communicated clearly in the Voura application. It is the Client's responsibility to check the Voura application or this document for changes or updates to the Referral Program.

At any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, Voura has the right to terminate the Voura Referral Program. Fraudulent activity or attempts at gaming the Referral Program will result in cancellation of all pending referrals for the Client and could result in closure of the Voura account. Voura may revoke a Client's access to the Referral Program at any time without notice. Voura has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time without notice.

Access to the Voura Referral Program is restricted to Voura Clients in good standing and is not transferable to any other Client. Liquidation or account closure will lead to cancellation of all pending referrals.

TAXES

The Referral Program Prize will be considered taxable income for the Client and it is the Client's responsibility to consult a tax specialist for any advice regarding the tax implications of the Prize. Voura will not provide tax advice to the Client.
